The Masqucrader broke away in front of Tout lc Monde, but tho pair were on terms after seven furlongs, covered in lmin 31 4-ssec. Croupier beat Hurlingham comfortably over five furlongs, in lmin 1 4-osec. Bright Red and Control run half a milo in '50sce-, and Spoon did a mile in lmin 41 3-sscc, Ruling Pen assisting over the last'half-mile. True Shaft van half .1 mile along tho back in 4Dsec. Lordly Knight did useful work on the plough.
