Young (Dunedin), Dominion president of the New Zealand Trained Nurses' Association, who headed the delegation from New Zealand to the recent international conference at Paris and Brussels, and returned by the Rangitiki on Tuesday night. The guest of honour was introduced by Miss Bicknell (president of the Nurses' Association), who made a short speech of welcome, and Miss Young entertained those present with an exceedingly interesting description of her experiences at the conference. Among those present were Dr. Ada Paterson, Dr. Helen Bakewell, Dr. Dyson, Dr. Findlay, Mosdames Ewen, Shore Kidd, S. F. Martin, Watt, Gaby, Misses A. Kane, Morgan, Willis, Arnold, Mcßae, Tomlinson, Chalmer, M. McLean, McGinlay, Muir, Ingles, Whitelaw, Darling, and McKenny.
