LOSS IN NEW SOUTH WALES
SYDNEY, September 27, T>o New South Wales railways showed a loss for the year ended Juno 30 of £3,360,482, after allowing £6,353,581 for interest on capital outlay and £1,191,937 for exchange. The figures disclose an improvement foi- the year of & 1,20-1,123, despite freight and other reductions.
