MR. LINCOLN ELLSWORTH

AUCKLAND, This Day,

A short trip to Suva preparatory to his departure for Dunedin has been decided upon by Mr. Lincoln'Ellsworth, leader of the transantarctie flight expedition, and ho leaves by the Mariposa this afternoon. He will return by the Monterey on September 8, and go to Christchurch, Mount Cook, and Dunedin.

He said that he expected the Wyatt Earp to reach Dunedin about October 1, and his plans provided for the return of the expedition to New Zealand about the middle of January, which would enable him to be back in New York early in April.
