SALVATION ARMY
The new Chief Secretary of the Salvation Army (Colonel Orsborn) and Mrs. Orsborn were welcomed at a meeting held in the Vivian Street Citadel on Wednesday evening. Commissioner Cunningham presided. Short addresses of welcome were delivered, and suitable replies were given. During the proceedings a number of musical items were rendered.
