INTEREST REDUCTION
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) NEW PLYMOUTH, March 29. 'The-New Plymouth Savings Bank today reduced tho interest on all mortgages to 5 per cent. The reduction varies from 1-5 to -j per cent.
