Tom Heeney failed in the last of ten rounds on Monday night against Stanley Poreda, .of Jersey City. He struggled through nine rounds and one minute.twenty-four seconds of the tenth before the referee led him to his corner.
Heeney ploughed into Poreda in the first two rounds, but it was Poreda's fight after that.
