GOERING'S HIGH HAND
BERLIN, March 28. Members of the Prussian Government completed an inglorious surrender by declaring that their dismissal by President Hindenburg absolves them from their duties.
Captain Goering, Minister in Charge of the Police, announces tho seizure of their incomes and .proporty to recoup the polico tho amount of a grant which a Minister misused.
