United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. •(Received March 29, 10 a.m.) BERLIN, March 28. The Nazis at Brunswick arrested two hundred Stahlhelms and 1150 Republicans, Socialists, and Communists on a. charge of plotting /a counter revolution and confined them all night long in a large, building guarded by armed Storm Troops. Herr Schrader, the local Stahlhelm leader, was arrested. Hundreds of exKeichsbannerites, Socialists, and Communists marched to the guardhouso which protected the - Stahlhelm auxiliaries, amid continuous shouts of "Hail Freedom Front" and "Hail Red "Front," while excited crowds of Communists and Socialists in the vicinity of the guardhouse shouted menaces against Herr Hitler and the Nazis. Moreover, with ,tho Stahlhelms' tolera--tion Herr A rob, a Communist leader, who in recent weeks has been hiding, ventured from his hiding-place and participated in the threats. The Stahlhelms also maltreated young Nazis. Horr Franz Seldte, Minister of Labour, conferred ■with. Captain Goering I and sharply protested at the events in Brunswick.. . Herr yon Papon and Dr. Hugenberg aro likely to suppbrt the protest, which may necessitate President Hindenburg's intervention to prevent .. disruption in tho" Government. Meanwhile, tho authorities are embarrassed as to what to do with 1350 prisoners. Roiehsbauner and Socialist newspapers throughout Prussia were due to reappear today, but have now been prohibited indefinitely.
