TOKIO, March 27.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Count Uchida, giving notice of Japan's withdrawal from the League, says that the majority of the League, 'seeking a solution of the Par Eastern question, attached greater importance to upholding inapplicable formulae than to assuring peace. Hence Japan realises the irreconcilability of the viewpoints regarding the interpretation of the Covenant and other treaties and believed that further co-operation was impracticable.
