DUNEDIN, 4th February.

In the Supreme Court, Thomas Walker, an elderly man, who waa charged, with committing an indecent act, was found not guilty:

Cyril James Collins, charged with attempting unlawfully to supply a noxious thing to a young woman, . was found guilty, with a strong plea for leniency. He was ordered to come up for sentence within two years if called on.

Robert Larkins* was similarly charged, and after evidence had been heard he was found guilty by a jury. He was released on probation for two years.
