EXHIBITION IN LONDON

WIDESPREAD INTEREST

(British Official Wireless.) KUGBY, Ist January. Great interest has been aroused not only in London but in foreign artistic circles in an exhibition of French art which opens on Monday at the Royal Academy, Burlingtoa House. A comprehensive .collection of works has been lent, covering a period of 700 years, from 1200 onwards. The wall space of ten galleries has been devoted to representative work of French painters and sculpture. Tapestries and objects of art occupy iivo other rooms.

The exhibition will remain open until 3rd March.
