HALF A BILLION DOLLARS FORMATION EXPECTED (Received 9th October, 11 a.m.) WASHINGTON, Bth October. President Hoover was informed on Wednesday by Governor Harrison, of tho Federal Reserve Bank of New York, that tho proposed 500,000,000 dollars credit corporation was expected to be incorporated within 48 hours.
