NATIONAL BANK.

Messrs. G. G. Littlejohn, former manager of the National Bank of New Zealand at Oamaru; Mr. I. S. Cantrell, formerly assistant manager at Auckland; and Mr. W. E. Monk, formerly audit officer, Wellington, Have been promoted sub-inspectors of the National Bank of New Zealand, Ltd.

Mr. Littlejohn will assist in the supervision of South Island branches, and Mr. Cantrell will assist in supervision of the North Island branches of the bank. Mr. Monk will be engaged. on special duties in Wellington.
