The Parliamentary session will almost certainly end on Wednesday, and in political circles it is now taken for granted that tho • present Parliament will end also. The House of Commons was poorly attended to-day, many members having already gone to their constituencies, and at tho Labour Party Conference, which began at Scarborough this morning, speakers made, frequent reference to the imminence of the General Election.
