LABOUR IN CONFERENCE IF DISSOLUTION COMES (Times Cable.) LONDON, 4th. October. The Labour Party's conference at Scarborough will last three instead of the usual five days. The agenda has been arranged to facilitate a bolt to the constituencies immediately a dissolution is announced. A private session will consider the pressing matter of party finances.
