I NATIONAL SOCIALISTS LONDON, sth October. Apart from the National Liberal Party which Sir John Simon is forming to assist Mr. Eamsay Mac Donald, the Prime Minister himself is forming a National Socialist Party to run thirty-five candidates for whom election expenses aro assured. The general belief is that a proclamation for an election will be issued on
Thursday, the polling to take placo on 28th October. Parliament will reassemble on Oth November.
