It is announced that the United States Farm Board is prepared to Mil its 200 million bushels of wheat and 1,300,000 bales of cotton, to relief agencies for feeding and clothing the worthy poor on long-term credit*. ■'~ It cannot, however, make gratis eo«----tribntions, the - Farm Act forbidding such gifts.
