CASES AT CHRISTCHURCH
(By Telegraph;— Press Association.) CHRISTCHTJRCH, 9th February. Prisoners were sentenced by Mr, Justice Adams in the Supreme Court, as follows:—Daniel Francis Horgan, breaking, entering,, and theft; probation for two years; Earl George Dabinett, forgery and attempting to utter a forged document, probation for two years; William John Duggan, breaking, entering, and theft (three charges), twelve months on each, concurrent; Bruce Ayson, who was concerned with Steven James Morigan on two charges of breaking, entering, and theft, probation for two years; Steven James Morigan, three similar charges, twelve months' imprisonment; Thomas Bastlett, and Leonard Rees Wilkinson, breaking, entering,, ami -'theft; two. years' probation; James M'Ariderson, unnatural offence, twelve months' imprisonment. - William Thompson, for indecent assault on a male, was ordered to come up for sentence if called on.
