AN ORDER MADE
In tho Supreme Court to-day, before j his Honour the Chief Justice (Sir Michael Myers), an application under tho Family Protection Act, 1008, was made by Eleanor Feathcrston. (widow), of Wolsingham, Durham, and Elizabeth Elliott Featherstqn (spinster), in regard to the estate of Joseph Featherston, deceased, former Wellington Harbour Board employee. Mr. W. Perry appeared for the plaintiffs, Mr. W. E. Leicester for legatees and residuary legatees, and Mr. F. Kelly for the Public Trustee. After hearing counsel, his Honour made an order for halt' the estate, which is valued at £883, iii respect of the widow's claim.
