The stakes are not to I | exceed £2000 each day, and the pro-! ceeds of the meeting, including, taxes, I to be remitted, are to bo divided oqually between the Hospital and Charitable Aid Board and the Auckland City Cbun-i-eil. The payments to be made to the City Council are to be expended on wages only.
