STATEMENT BY MR. FORBES
TAKE- NOTHING FOR GRANTED

"The Government has not considered the question of increasing the petrol tax, but motorists will be given an opportunity of placing their views before U8 if they wish to.do so," said' the Prime Minister, Mr. Forbes, this morning. ■ ■ • It should not be taken for granted,' ho said, that there would be an increase in the petrol tax.
