CAR FALLS INTO CREEK
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) NEW PLYMOUTH, 21st June. When their motor-car plunged off the road, rolled down a bank, and fell into ] a creek near Opunake this evening,: Frank Cousins and.Frank Eddio, two employees of the Shell Company, were fairly soriously injured arid admitted to hospital. ' I One was found wandering in a,dazed] condition in the creek-bed, and searchers, found another imprisoned in the car, which was almost full of water. He was rescued with difficulty. Both were taken to the Opunake Hospital, and were later conveyed ,to tho Now Plymouth Hospital.
Mr. Eddie is a'son of Mr. and Mrs. VT. J. Eddie, of Waterloo road, Lower Hutt.
