British Official Wtreleu. (Received 17th February, 8 a.m.) BUGBY, 14th February. The King and Queen will arrive in London to-morrow from Sandringham. Their Majesties will take up residence at Buckingham Palace for an indefinite period, during which the King will hold a Privy Council and two investitures, besides conducting a great deal of State business and receiving distinguished visitors from time to time. .Among the Queen's public engagements will bo a visit nest Tuesday to the British Industries Fair, which opens the previous day. Her Majesty has made frequent visits to the fair since it ivas inaugurated.
