NATIONAL BANK OF NEW ZEALAND.
The general manager of the National Bank of New Zealand, Ltd., has received cable advice from his London office that Lord Balfour of Burleigh has been elected to a seat on, the board. Lord Balfour is also a director of the Standard Bank of South Africa, Ltd.,, the Bank of Scotland, and the Australian Mutual Provident Society, London. He is a special commissioner for inland revenue, and a partner in Sherwood and Co., banking and discount .agents,' London.
