TOWN-PLANNING BILL.
The House of Representatives last n'jht approved of the amendments in the Town-planning Bill made by the Legislative Council, with the exception of the provision that the Director of Town-planning shall not engage in private practice, which was struck out M being a breach of the privileges of the House.
