UNREGISTERED DENTISTS.

The expected measure giving effect to the recommendations of the Unregistered Dentists' Commission made its appearance in the House if Representatives early this morning by GovernorGeneral's Message.

Tho Minister of Health (the Hon. J. A. Young) said that tho names of tho 57 men who had been named in tho Commission's report appparod in tho schedule of the Bill. In addition there was a provision giving an opportunity;

for dentiata to be registered who had pasßod their dental examination some years ago, but failed to register within the prescribed time. If they could show to the Registrar-General that they possessed the qualifications for registration they would be placed on the register.

"What about partial passes?" inquired Mr. D. G. Sullivan (Avon). The Minister said there was no other matter in the Bill which was not in the Commission's report. The dental (tudents were quite with the findings of the Commission, the Denttots' Association was also satisfied, and the dental college students, having had things explained to them, were perfectly satisfied.
