Massey, ti' civic welcome on his return to Wellington, if arrangements can be nia-de which are suitable'to Mr. Massey; 'In the meantime nothing definite has been arranged, but Monday evening, 28fch instant, has been suggested as a date for the reception; which will take place in the Town Hall. Mr. Massey will probably arrive in Wellington on Saturday, 26th instant.
