HUTT COUNTY COUNCIL
Members of the Hutt County Council met this morning. Councillor H. D. Atkinson presided, and there were also present Councillors E. Gai-d. A. Campbell. J. AVhiteman, A. J. Mackay, and O. I. Limbrick.
A communication froni the engineer re. ferred to the very daraaaing effect of the recent wet- weallier on the roads. •Arrangements were being m,<de to iraprovo matters.
