TRENTHAM FATALITY
The Minister for Defence (Sir James Allen) informed a Post reporter to-day that a preliminary inquiry had been held hy the military authorities into the circumstances surrounding the explosives accident during the Scouts' encampment at Trentham. As a result of this preliminary" inquiry a r full inquiry had now 'been ordered. •
