ST. THOMAS'S HALL.

The programme for this week at St. Thomas s Hall is of exceptional merit. One of the films, entitled "The Smart Lady Detective," deals with a gang of notorious society thieves. Tho lady detective, anxious to be the means of bringing them to justice,; joins the gang arid helps them by participating in some of their adventures. There are some exciting chases with oaotor-cars and motor-boats. '{His Mother's Picture" 13 full of thrilling feats. Other subjects are "End of the Feud," "Bello of the Beach," "The Young Millionaire," "Tweedledum as a Commercial Travel' ler," and "Mr. Poorluck as Detective." Some views of the Black Sea and Con j stantinople add variety to what is regarded as one of the best programmes shown in Newtown for jome time.
