A golden opportunity to secure some of the best bred Friesian cattle in Canterbury is offered to dairy farmers in the Ellesmere district. On Friday next, at the Leeston saleyards, the National' Mortgage and Agency Co. will offer by auction Mr R. M. Taiaroa's line well selected herd. That the Friesian has many admirers throughout the Dominion as a butter-fat producer is evident from the high prices paid for these cattle.
