Information has been received that four chiefs of the Albanian League who have taken a prominent part in the agitation against the cession of Du'ciano have died at Scutari. It is believed that they were poisoned. The Montenegrin authorities have informed the delegates of the Powers at Cottinge that they cannot consentto the Porte’s proposals that the Montenegrin troops should enter Dulcigno three hours after it has been evacuated by the Turks ; bnt that they must insist on the formal transfer of the town. The Porte has been informed of the Montenegrin demand, and is nos further considering what steps to take in making the cession.
