BRITISH AND FOREIGN. (From Exchanges.) London - , October sth. The sculling match between Layoock and Blackman resulted iu an easy victory for Lavcock, of Sydney. The Australian cricketers left England to-day for the continent, where they’ will spend a few days. They then proceed to Suez, and leave that port by tho P. and O. stenmer on the 15th for Melbourne.
