It is reported that an alliance has been 'concluded between Servia and Romnania. The same thing has been officially stated at St Petersburgh, and also that the alliance does not affect the relations of Austria and Russia generally. Singapore, July 13. The British Squadron in the Mediterranean has been reinforced by four ironclads. The Russian troops have arrived at Selvi. A body of 9000 crossed near Sistova. Tho Turkish ironclads have bombarded Eupatoria (in the Crimea). Sydney, July 16th. A terrific gale has prevailed during the last two days, with a heavy sea on the coast, and torrents of rain falling The steamer Yarra Yarra, iu entering Newcastle harbour yesterday, was overwhelmed by a sea, and foundered with all hands.
