—o— Dunedin, July I4th, 11.8 am. The Jury at nine o’clock this doming returned a verdict of “ Not Guilty.” 1.4 p.m. The public expression is that the verdict is a miscarriage of justice. His Honor Judge Johnson, in discharging the Jury and Prisoner, said he hoped it would be a warning to tho community.
