In the matter of the Debtors ;and Creditors Act, 1876, and of the Bankruptcy of Samuel Simmonds, ot Bald Hill Flat, Vincent County, Miner, a Debtor. IN pursuance of the provisions of the above recited Act, I hereby summon a general Meeting of the Creditors of the said Samuel Simmonds for the purpose of considering his intended Application for an Order of Discharge.
