Contract No. 15.—Making about 20 chains of Road, and bushing, ;gravelling, and ditching the same, and forming and gravelling an open crossing at Poolburn, by Mr Thompson’s farm, Ida Valley. Contract No. 10.—Repairing and maintenance of Road, from Spring Vale Hill to Ida Bum Station, from 10th May, 1877, to 31st March, 1878. Contract No. 18.—Gravelling about 32 chains’ of Road at Butcher’s Gully (Neiper’s),fat per chain. Each Tender must be accompanied with a deposit of 2J per cent, on the amount, which deposit will be forfeited by the successful tendorerdf ho fails or neglects to take up the contract within seven days from the receipt of notification that his contract has been accepted.
