Tho usual monthly meeting of the Committee of management was held in the Committee Boom on Tuesday last the 16th instate. Present, - B. Naylor, Esq., in the Chair, Rev. Mr Dewo, and Messrs Holt, Auckland, Bock, J. B. Stevens, Treasurer, and G. Fache, Secretary. Ihe minutes of previous meeting were read and confirmed. Correspondence was read and received, The Visiting Committee’s No. 2 Report, recommending payment of -accounts for salaries, supplies, &c., for the past month, amounting to LS3 19 2 was read and received. Resolved—That the Treasurer, Surgeon, and Secretary be requested to prepare the customary Reports. A vote of thanks to the Chair terminated the meeting.
