DUNSTAN DISTRICT HOSPITAL.
Tho usual monthly meeting of the Committee of management was held in the Committee Boom on Tuesday last the 16th instate. Present, - B. Naylor, Esq., in the Chair, Rev. Mr Dewo, and Messrs Holt, Auckland, Bock, J. B. Stevens, Treasurer, and G. Fache, Secretary. Ihe minutes of previous meeting were read and confirmed. Correspondence was read and received, The Visiting Committee’s No. 2 Report, recommending payment of -accounts for salaries, supplies, &c., for the past month, amounting to LS3 19 2 was read and received. The Treasurer’s report, as follows, was read and received. Receipts. Balance in hand from last Report , L 99 14 9 Subscriptions 63 8 10 Paying patients 6 10 0 L 169 13 7 Disbursements. Passed accounts paid LB2 14 11 Balance in hand 86 18 8 L 169 13 7 Assets. Balance in hand LS6 18 S Govt. Subsidy for quarter ended Dec. 31, 1876 92 15 4 L 179 14 0 Liabilities. Passed accounts unpaid LBO 19 2 Credit Balance 98 14 10 LI 79 14 0 The Surgeon’s report, as follows, was read and received. SI, 1876 3 No. of out-door patients treated during the month 5 Resolved—That the Annual Meeting of Subscribers be held in the Committee Room Town Hall, Clyde, on Saturday tho 27th instant, at 2 p. m. Resolved—That the Treasurer, Surgeon, and Secretary be requested to prepare the customary Reports. A vote of thanks to the Chair terminated the meeting.
