The Russian Levant squadron has rendezvoused at Odessa. January 12. At Thursday's sitting of the Conference the Turkish delegates persisted in rejecting the proposals. The delegates from Germany expressed the opinion that further ■concession towards Turkey is impossible. Turkey has hot presented any new schemes, and it is probable that the Conference, on behalf of the European Powers, will make a final communication to the Porte on Monday. AUSTRALIAN CABLE NEWS.
