The Bench during the sitting remarked that in the OauterburysProviuce it was the rule for every hotel to have a visitor’s book and thought if the same rule was universal, and that visitors entered therein their experiences, the licensing Benches would have a more correct idea of the houses, than they have under the existing system of depending entirely on the reports of the police.
