A FULL THIRD SHARE in the Water Race, with fight to Three Heads of Water from Sonora Creek (known as Elliott and Party’s) ; Also, A Third Share in the valuable Claims connected with the above, and situate on the Clyde and Cromwell Road, adjoining Felton’s property.
