After hearing the cumstanees, the Warden got the parties to agree to a private settlement, Kirk buying out Craig there and then tor the sum of 17 1. The property of the partnership consisted of the Alabama Water-race, Ida Valley. Rowlands v. Plew —lnformation for unlawful interference with a water-race. Summons not serve!. Struck out. There were about twenty mining applications dealt with, the Court sitting until between C and 7 iathe evening.
