Notice is hereby given, that the Revising Officer will hold a Court for the Revision of the List of Voters of the District of DUNSTAN, on Saturday, the 17th day of May instant, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, at the Court-house, "Clyde. At which said Court will be heard and determined all claims duly made to have names inserted in the ; said List of Voters, and all objections duly made to the name's of person beingretained or placcdon the Electoral Roll of the said District. The names ■of persons whose Christian names or "whose qualifications shall be wholly •omitted, where by law required to bo specified in the said list, or whose ■place of abode or the nat ure or description of whose qualifications are sufiiciently described for the purpose of being identified, will be expunged ■unless the matter so omitted or insufficiently described be then supplied. Treasury, Wellington, April 8,1873 TENDERS are invited for the pur- • chase of the whole or any portion •of Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand Pounds New Government Debentures, issued under the Acts of the Legislature of the Colony, entitled “ The Immigration and Pub he Works Loan Act, 1870,” and “The Defence and Other Purposes Loin Act, 1870,” subject to the undermentioned conditions:— 1. The Debentures will be payable to Bearer, and will be issued in sums of not less than One Hunc 7 "ed Pounds eaeh. J -2. The Debentures, which are secured on the Consolidated Revenue of the Colony, will •bear interest at the rate of four per cent, per annum, payable halfyearly, on the 15th day of April and the 15th day of October in each year at the Bank of New -Zealand, at Auckland, New Plymouth, Wellington, Napier, Nelson, Blenheim, Christchurth, Greymouth, Hokitika, Dunedin, or Invercargill. Tenders will be opened at the Treasury, at Wellington, at noon on Wednesday, the 14th of May next, in the presence of such of the tenderers as desire to bo present—the minimum price under seal being first placed on the table. In the event of equal tenders being received for a sum in excess of the issue, a pro rata distribution will be made. 5. The amount tendered for must 'be paid at the Treasury, at Wellington, as under - 5 per cent, accompanying application ;* the balance on or before the IGth of May, 1873.
