To the District Officer, —I hereby give notice that I intend to construct a water-race for Domestic and agricultural purposes, commencing at a point at the head of 16 Spring Gully, on Moutere Run near Wood-track Gully, and about two miles north-cast of the Wai Keri Keri crossing, and terminating at my Pound Farm, Dunstan Flat. The length of such race is 3 miles or thereabouts, and its intended course is north-east. The mean depth and breadth of such race is 12 inches by 2 feet six inches, and is capable of carrying one sluice-head of water, and the time estimated for the completion of such race is six months.
