QUALIFICATIONS OF VOTERS.
Editor of the Dctnstan Times.) Sir:— Will yon kindly inform the pnblio what qualifications are requisite for voting for the Superintendericy, the Provincial Council, and the General Assembly. There seems to be some doubts about these matters, and lots of folks who wish to exercise their political rights are in a fog. I am, kc., ( ELECTOR. ©lack’s, January 23, 1871.
