Police vSpensolcy—Obstructing the thoroughfare. Filled one shilling and six shillings and six ponce, costs. Wells v Moore—Adjourned from 13th inst, Judgment for five shillings, and seven shillings and six pence, costs. Winstanley v Scoles— Claim £4 13s Cd Judgment for amount -emiuied and seven shillings, costs. Fitch v Thomson-Claim for .£ll Ijs lOd. Nonappearance. Struck out. Hoyt and Chaplin V Moore—Claim .C 1 15s Od Thirty shillings was paid into court. By request of Plaintiff, the case was adjourned til the 3rd Sept.
