Verdict for amount claimed, to be paid in three monthly instalments; failing payment, distress warrant to issue; in default, one month's imprisonment. Butterworth v. Brown —Assault. Fined 10s., and Gs. (id. costs; 30s. expenses allowed to complainant. Kenell v. Same—Assault. A similar verdict resulted. The complainants in both these cases applied to the Bench to have defendant bound over to keep the peace. Upon the advice of (he Magistrate the applications were withdrawn.
