The markets for colonial produce aro unchanged. Tho Bank rate of disconnt remains at 5 per cent., and tho market rate at 4 per cent. The total reserve in the Bank of England in notes and bullion is £11,500,000, a decrease during the week of .-£1,000,000. The proportion of the reserve to tho liahilites has fallen to 38 per cent.
