POST OFFICE NOTICES
MAILS CLOSE For Wellington, &c., per Kiwi, to-morrow, at 4 p.m. Thursday being Now Year's clay, and a post-office holiday, mails usually despatched on Thursday *vill .-lose at the Chief Post-office to-morrow, at 8 p.m. As tho Post-office will be closed on Thursday, Now Year's day, there will be a delivery of letters over the counter on AVednesday night from 7 to 8 o'clock. For Mohaka, per Bella to-morrow, at 4,25 p.m. For the Sandwich Island, America, West Indies, tho Continent of Europe, &c., via San Francisco, on Saturday, 3rd January at noon. This mail will ho due in London on 13th February. J. Gnunn, Chief Postmaster.
